I didn't think she was gonna be able to make a comeback after her ban was up, but she's been putting down some awfully fast times in the past few weeks. Since idk how it works, what are the chances she's still doping now? I've seen a lot of people say people only get caught if they're dumb/it's easy to pass tests/etc, but idk if that's true or not.
i think it's probably pretty easy to get away with. my guess is she only got caught the first time because she was taking something that would clear her system quickly, but unfortunately for her, it was tainted with the bad stuff.

OK that’s fair. How do you feel about her racing time trials?
time trials are fine. any kind of race, record, competition against other people, not okay until her ban is over and even then i don't really approve because she lacks honesty and integrity and is likely to continue the same behaviour that got her banned in the first place.
Why are people so angry she’s running TTs? if she’s planning on a comeback, why wouldn’t she train and race hard?
She can do whatever she wants but if she's going to show up at unsanctioned races and claim world records, or win prize money people should rightfully criticize her.
Also the cheeky little comment about the American record is arrogant. It's totally possible she's still doping right now.

she went from lining up at global finals to running podunk races that will have her or having to do things by herself. what's next? I'd imagine a gig at Starbucks.
And now his podcast has started some sort of online betting site for cycling. Incredible. Athletically pretty talented physically and mentally. Morally, basically bankrupt.

"haters", lol. Based on what? Most people are disgusted by filthy drug cheats, but don't hate them.
That said: this is really fun to watch. Next up: 5K road "record" on another non-certified course, coincidentally with Shalane and Karissa just one step ahead for the first 2-3K.
Correction: Shelby just ran "8K". GPS measurements don't count, especially on some small windy-ass loop with heavy tree cover. If they did everyone else's PRs would all be much faster too. If she wants to claim some "best" time there are plenty of measured road race courses out there she could run on.
Plus is she even being tested? If not you know she's not even bothering with the microdosing, she's just straight up maxing out the PEDs.
If she serves her ban, comes back to compete professionally while complying to all drug tests, what's the problem?
She's following the rules of the sport and coming back, but her conduct during her ban has been crappy.
Remember a clean athlete GDS had to leave BTC because she was made to feel so uncomfortable because Shelby continued pushing boundaries and training with her group.
