Yep, first clean runner to break 3:28, and first European. Hopefully Gourley can become the fourth British born runner, and third Scot to break 3:30. Just realised that still no American born runner has gone sub 3:30.
You gotta go down to the 100ths, for kicks, and because there’s a big difference between 3:27.00 and 3:27.99. Probably close to half this board thinks he’ll run “3:27”.
3:28.20 is my guess.
1. Ingebrigtsen 3:28.20
2. Nuguse 3:29.47
3. Katir 3:29.60
4. Cheruiyot 3:30.07
5. Hoare 3:30.53
6. Kerr 3:30.82
7. Kipsang 3:31.11
8. Gourley 3:31.47
9. Habz 3:31.56
10. Garcia 3:31.90
11. Nordas 3:32.89
12. Lemi 3:33.53
13. Almgren 3:34.36
14. Grethen 3:34.91
Give or take a couple hundredths 😉
(With Jakob no more likely to be clean than the guys he’s dominating)
Yes, but i was merely trying to say a jacob win and a pb. I would have no clue what his exact time would be. Jacob is the worlds best runner imo of any distance, a superstar
The real question to consider is if katir wears sleeves or sleeveless. If he wears his asics uni with sleeves, sub 3:30 and top 3. If no sleeves, 3:34, out of the podium, and the doping allegations get worse
