Did it ever cross your empty head that maybe Alberto deserves the benefit of the doubt when even the alleged victim is questioning whether Alberto did anything wrong and that it ostensibly took her years of processing to ascertain whether there had been a transgression? Intelligence matters here. I have no dog in this fight but the truth matters and it seems almost impossible to excavate now. I believe Alberto probably had roaming hands and maybe Kara acquiesced even if not overtly encouraging it. Of course I don’t know.

I wrote that “maybe she acquiesced even if NOT overtly encouraging it.” I will translate this into English for you: what that means is maybe Kara just sort of complied or as she said froze out of disbelief or whatever even if she did NOT openly encourage it, meaning she was passive. If Alberto were massaging me and his hands or fingers went where they don’t belong I would just get up and end the massage. For sure even if I just bolted up and said I gotta go to the bathroom. You do realise that s.a. usually doesn't have witnesses, but that isn't a victim (and I'm not saying Kara is one) from talking about it? Those wrongly labelled do have the opportunity to sue for damage to reputation if they can prove it is false.

Well as you know the standard was a preponderance of evidence, meaning the panel thought it was more likely than not that the alleged behavior occurred. That is about all we know. Kara apparently didn’t think she could prove anything in a criminal court years ago.
