Newbury Park HIGH SCHOOL is allowed to run Arcadia. But Newbury Park ATHLETIC CLUB (which is who Lex and Leo are running for) isn't allowed.
The rules state that each runner must be a member of their high school team. Just being a high school student isn't enough. So Leo and Lex won't be running Arcadia.

And in past years they would take more entries than that. They are very weak in the sprints, hurdles, and field events. And yes, they are weak in the distances. Especially on the girls' side.
