2 hours between 800 and DMR at SEC, but 1 hour or less at Nationals (due to separate M and F competitons)
so probably not then. does that mean the 8 will be tactical at nattys? roisin, whittaker, and wilson will all be on the DMR. do the arkansas women have a shot at the title? if not why are they having wilson run the open 8 and the dmr?
Barrett is Florida’s 1200 leg, but Florida is currently not qualified in that event for Natty’s.

I don't know but I do know they have a lot of fast 400 m runners. 5 in top 11 not including Wilson. Their next best 800 is 2:06.

So I don’t expect her to let it be tactical, if other podium contenders are also running the DMR.
I posted above that I don’t think Valby will win. What I MEANT to say, since this is an SEC thread, is that I don’t even see Valby winning SEC’s 5000.
There is literally no way that Valby will win nationals.
Who do you expect to win the SEC 5k?
I think it is a tossup between Olemomoi & Valby. Valby has not looked quite as strong as she did during XC, but it could be a lot of things, new coach, etc.

Arkansas women team definitely has high placement potential. Latest poll ranking:
