AFAIK Hull had already turned professional when she ran 4:24.9 in Birmingham August 2019. That race had poor pacing, windy conditions and times were not great (e.g. Debues-Stafford ran 4 sec slower than in Monaco), Hull had already 4:02 1500m at Pre in that year.

I think you may be right. For some reason, some of Hull's times from fall 2019 show up on the ustfccca list but not on Tfrrrs. It looks spring 2019 was her last NCAA season
