Great run for the Stanford guys, 3:55/3:56 for first official meet of the year is quick.

I didn't know those Stanford boys were that fast. Robinson didn't have a mile pr listed on World Athletics and his 1500 was 3:52 from 2020. His 800 pr is just 1:59.98 from years back. Cole Sprout does have a 1:51 800m pr but his 1500m pr is just 3:42 and his mile pr was 4:02 from 2020. His 3k was already quick at 7:43. I have to think if Robinson and Sprout are this much improved at the mile, Hicks must be as well, though he might be injured since he scratched.

Nice run from Waskom, 2:18. Gregorek ran 2:20. So, Centro's race wasn't bad, about 4 flat equivalent.

Willis and Whittaker both won their races easily. Roisin ran 53.65 to win the 400m and Whittaker 2:02.48 to win the 800m in a facility record. Nice start.

Boling's 32.40 is 24th all time indoors and would tie for 151st outdoors. I didn't see a college list.

Sumner's performance was not up to his potential, which is fine at this time of year. When I guessed 33.6, I was only estimating. Then I compared guys at other meets for 300 vs. 200/400 and I think that his other times actually predict something closer to 33.2.

Definitely not a 4 flat equivalent for Centro. Maybe like 4:03-4:04.

The IAAF 2017 tables agree with you. They give 2:22 1k 1093 pts indoors and 4:00 indoors 1130. However, I am drawing on experience of numerous milers who ran 2:24 down to 2:22 or a bit lower and subsequently 4 flat or under.

Don't count out out the rest of them. 3:55, 3:56, 3:57, 3:58. Boyden and Lester ran really well.

Was he in a different 1000m heat than the top heat, maybe?

Why did he dnf the mile? Hopefully not injured.
