Joe Rogan is an american idiot. Who the heck listens to him besides young males who are easily influenced? Twitter has been around for almost 17 years now and yet he was again easily duped by a fake tweet about covid vaccines and he had to apologize.. If you cant figure out that a tweet is fake within a few minutes (especially if you have the resources of a national program )then you are truly an idiot.
Listen, if I learned today that El Guerrouj, Gebrselassie, Komen, Kipchoge and Bekele were all doped, would NOT CHANGE my opinion of them. I saw them race in person. Have been seeing the world's best for decades and THEY WERE SPECIAL. Like Lance, they beat all the dopers due to their talent and ability that is an intangible asset.
You can tell those who don’t listen to Rogan. I just started and I’m in my 40s. He’s no rocket scientist, but he’s curious and he knows a lot about certain things.
This topic was not about distance running, it was about grappling and bodybuilding. It’s true, you have 0% chance of making it to the top in bodybuilding without PEDs. But even with PEDs, you need the talent and the work ethic.
It’s not quite as clear with distance running to know which records are clean.
