I wonder what some of the D3 guys like Al Carius or Tom Donnelly make? surely after 40+ years and considerable success they're making north of $100K. Or Bobby Van Allen, the Johns Hopkins Women's coach. I bet he makes $180K.

That’s with bonus. This is not his base salary. My guess is they have also added in his cross country camp each year

The title is highest paid. All money is green. The university paid him $350K in 2022.

I always laugh when I see people post about coaches earning below $100K and then we see he real data that many earn in excess of $300K. It is obvious that there are many crappy head coaches earning $200K at Power 5 schools to have their teams finish dead last at the conference meet. Random distance coaches earn $125K to show up a few days per week and tell the guys to do a 10 mile run and then they go back to thei climate controlled office.

It would be interesting to see what the salaries of Ed Eyestone and Diljeet Taylor are. Of course being at a private school this will not be revealed as they don't have to disclose what they are paid just like all the coaches at other private schools.
