This thread is the first time I have heard of this guy, he isn't that famous. I don't follow anyone I don't actually know in real life on social media, that just seems dumb. Social Media is there to keep in touch with friends and family you haven't seen in a while.

Besides taking pictures with celebrities and politicians, his life wasn't that public. He wasn't giving interviews or doing long-form conversations and videos talking about his personal life, talking about his businesses. Nothing close to the attention that Tate willingly draws on himself.
