However, in court the judge chastised the victim and reduced the damages she was awarded because during her testimony under oath, she refused to refer to the young man who punched her in the head, pushed her to the ground and smashed her camera with "she/her" pronouns.
Just this week, "gender critical feminists" participating in "Let Women Speak" rallies on the West coast of the USA were set upon and shouted down by mobs of screaming trans activists with bullhorns and noise-makers - and several male trans activists assaulted or attempted to physically assault women who were trying to speak. Several women got pies in the face, slugs to the head and were pushed and shoved. One woman, a disabled senior citizen, suffered an arm injury serious enough to require medical treatment. But the central figures organizing the "Let Women Speak" rallies did not appear at the ones held in places like Portland, OR this week because of too credible many death threats from Antifa and other supposedly "far left" groups led by unhinged young men with a penchant for violence.
Last month, Fred Sargeant, a 74-year-old gay rights pioneer who was at the original Stonewall riots in 1969 and an organizer of the first gay pride march in NYC, was set upon and verbally and physically assaulted by a gang of trans/"queer" activists at the official Pride celebration in Burlington, Vermont. She ended with three broken fingers after the male trans activist who attacked her enveloped one of her her hands with his much larger hand and squeezed hard enough to crush her fingers.
