Keely got silver at Worlds behind the best 800 meter runner in the world again. She doesn't have to do a damn thing more this season. She can crawl a whole race backwards and it won't matter. The girl is 20 and has 2 global medals already. Most pros would kill for her record the past two years. She's fine and will only get better. Winning will come with time and she's got a lot of it. What matters is she medals when it counts the most. Very few people can say the same.

Keely moving to the 1500m makes no sense. She is closer to beating Mu than Kipyegon. It is like asking Erriyon Knighton to move to the 400m because he has not won gold at 200 yet.

Not sure why are you guys so riled up, it's not like 1500m is considered more difficult/more prestige than 800m (more like the other way around)
I’m not suggesting Hodgkinson should switch focus to the 1500, and I’m quite confident that 800 is her best event (besides possibly 1,000m, but I might as well say she’d be best at 942 meters). I would put money on her running 4:00 or better someday, though.
