I don't know of any good internet database with historical VCtP results. But also with how much the course has changed and had the start line moved around the difference of a few seconds means nothing.

Considering how Blanks almost broke the 24-min barrier on that course, he's pretty good too. Perhaps #4 in meet history at VCP (behind Iverson, True, and Donn Cabral [2010, 24:03])?
