Attack on Titan is the best show I’ve seen if you’re willing to try anime. Has 2 of the top 3 highest rated TV episodes of all time (on IMDB) and several in the top 20
Spiral/Engrenages, watched it all again from the beginning when it ended. Great characters and acting, plus some awesome cinematography.
Reacher on Prime.
And if you are looking for a classic and have never seen it, try watching Fawlty Towers on youtube. It is John Cleese at his finest.

I totally forgot about Gotham! Outstanding series! I don't know if the cinematic approach has a name, but every once in a while there will be a scene that in freeze frame will look EXACTLY like it came out of a comic book... lots of reds, yellows, and blacks in the images. I've seen this technique in a few other movies, but Gotham does it well.
Robin Lord Taylor became a TV sensation with his portrayal of Penquin. Jada Pinkett Smith was wonderfully evil, but not as nuanced as Penquin.
Imposters first season was good.
Friends from college is very good but have a sense of humor.

True Detective - season 1 was fantastic. I have not seen other seasons;
Marvelous Ms. Maisel - I started and stopped it for a few years and then went all in. Have not seen most recent season, but all the others very well done;
The Fargo seasons on AMC? pretty good;
Others have already mentioned, but Justified might be my all time fave. The Americans is as well written as anything out there and rivals Breaking Bad. Bosch gets honorable mention.
