BUT Bergen is one of the wettest cities in Europe situated at the west coast of Norway highly influenced by the Gulf Stream. In average 237 rain days per year.
The temperature to night should be around 12 degrees ceslsius with no or only a little rain.
One weather forecast says 12 second meter wind; another only 1-2.
I don´t think Jakob cares much about the low temperature. He is used to that from his hometown Sandnes which is also situated on the West Coast but further south.
Conklusion: At least 1:45 if the wind is light.
