The SR-71 and stealth helicopters represent relatively small technological advances compared to the potential of antigravity and fusion power.

There is no doubt the government hides tech from us. They could not hide something like antigravity. Nor would they.

And yes, there have been no credible UFO sightings ever. Even these Navy sightings are highly suspect.

There's a lot of X-Files "I want to believe" going on here. Yes, aliens would be cool. No, there is no evidence.
