I feel like this workout indicates better fitness than 15:25, and certainly a pretty quick 3200. My lifetime Pr's are 9:24-32, 15:20, 31:41 and I'd have been hard pressed to run that workout off such short recoveries. I worked up to doing 5-6 X 1600 @ 4:55-5:00 with lap jog's (2:30-3:00).
But if you tapered the week before and ran it as a race could you do it? Put me in the 15:20 camp and realize that would be pretty insane...
She hasn't said yet. So far she has only said she will be competing in her state meet. (Normally not something that even needs to be said, but after Newbury Park boys pulled out of their state meet, I thought it would be worth mentioning that she is not doing the same thing.)
I'm going to go out on a limb and say she will run 9:24 and 15:10 this summer.
I'd assume she would have to explore going pro if the she hits either mark.
That's a risky signing for a sponsor. Cook is a great high school runner, but you can't compete on the world stage running 25 miles per week, and there is no indication that she can handle much more than that.

Admittedly, I don't know anything about her training. Why is she just running 25 miles a week? I know her dad is involved. Does she have an injury history?
I'm not saying she SHOULD go pro, but if she really gets down to 15:10 I'd have to believe thats a legit option.
And if she's running 15:10 on 25 miles a week, can you imagine what she's capable of if she bumps up to 35?

She is running 25 miles a week because she increased it from 15 miles per week. No, I'm not joking.
Her low mileage is because she has had injury problems, and also a problem with her legs being slightly misformed. So she does a lot of cross training in order to stay healthy.
No one is sure exactly how much mileage per week she can handle, but as a pro she won't be able to cross train her way down to a 14:35 5K.
Somewhat related, here's how Eilish McColgan gets it done (from a Nov 2019 interview in Athletics Weekly):
AW: What do you do to avoid injury?
EM: I have reduced my training load a lot. I only run 45-50 miles a week with a focus on quality track sessions every third day. I have a rest day every week and as mentioned never double-run. Instead 3-4 days a week, I’ll cross train easy. Training smarter has allowed me to stay injury free; sometimes less is more.
