So which republican senator or justice should people start dropping off the unwanted children to?

I find it scary how many people I know personally and online who call themselves libertarians are celebrating this whole overturning of Roe v Wade. If you call yourself a libertarian but support bans like this of any kind at the federal, state, or local level, then you aren't a libertarian. This goes for firearms, abortion, weed, sex work, businesses choosing not to sell to certain groups, etc.

If people having babies don't want them, then don't get pregnant.

Politics/religion aside- unless we overhaul the adoption system, (which is horrid and bordering on a human rights issue) first trimester abortions are the best option for parent, child, and taxpayer.

And then there's the bodily autonomy piece.

I didn't agree with vaccine mandates solely because the government was forcing me to put something in my body I didn't want. Where do you draw the line on bodily autonomy?

To be fair, most people who align themselves blindly to a political party are incredibly stupid.

An "activist judge" (justice in this case) must be one who doesn't decide an issue your way.

I do hope the justices take action and identify the "activist" clerk or other public employee who "leaked" (perhaps sold?) the draft, fire that person's ass, and prevent them from ever practicing law or working for the government on the grounds that they are untrustworthy.

I think it's more palatable to call it a mulligan. Until say preschool when the kid is known in the community, you can take a mulligan.

Forced pregnancy is rape. Pregnancy without consent is rape. And if its not precisely covered in the legislation, then the legislation should be modernised at the same time that abortion is being curtailed.

For example. Men who pretend they are single when they are married in order to have unprotected sex. Or men who pretend to want relationships in order to get unprotected sex but who then leave women. Or men who sleep around with lots of women not using contraception while lying that they are sleeping with only one women. Unlikely in any of those circumstances that most women would consent to intercourse with them at all if it were not for the deception.

Then forcing a woman who has been lied into without giving proper consent to that pregnancy into carrying an unwanted baby in such circumstances is just about the most extreme deprivation of civil liberties possible.

If you cannot prove there has been no consent to the pregnancy then there should be no restriction on abortion.

Democrats will fight desperately to butcher children in the womb and castrate them outside of the womb. These are absolute barbaric monsters. It's impossible to fully fathom the evil on display right now.

A woman has the right to decide what happens inside her womb until birth.

However there are no doctors that recommend late-stage abortions, say at 39 weeks, because at that stage the most effective way of removing a fetus from a womb is through birth.

So although women have a right to an abortion, if it's not medically advisable or even possible to abort a pregnancy, it won't happen.

At earlier stages of pregnancy, this isn't the case. It's less complicated to stop a pregnancy at 7 weeks than it is to proceed, so a doctor will advise an abortion is best if that's what a women wants.
