You have to respect Jamin, Greg, and the4:30miler because they didn’t post anonymously,we know who they are. Also, the best poster was Lynn Jennings and Pat Porter splattered with mud.
No love/hate for David45? Personally, I like to see Alan’s (I forget his actual handle) posts, especially concerning running. I wouldn’t say I have a favorite post per se.
Hate yes, but I can't imagine anyone actually likes David45. And it's not an act. He's just a seriously disturbed individual who has a fetish for posting questions that never lead to anything constructive.
I thought this was going to be about the person who posts the best on this board. Thank goodness I was wrong.
I have a poster of Donovan Bailey running solo on a track and his shadow chasing him. You know, cus he's so fast he can outrun his shadow. I got it when I was a teenager and it still hangs in my garage today. Coolest poster I've ever owned.
the430miler is my all-time favorite, he still posts sometimes
For entertainment value, I second that.
Reading his posts is like driving by a car accident... awful, but you just can't look away.
And to me what makes the430miler so great is that his lines are blurry between reality and trolling. Way back in the day people used to say he wasn't real, that he was impersonating some kid. It turns out he was real and many of us used to chat with him via instant messenger.
Then you have his incident in DC where he got attacked by the Obama appointee and it only adds to his legend.
Jakir was fun for a short time, but then the person behind the account admitted it and he "gave up", but then every once in a while I think he makes a post. But we know it was fake (we always knew, but it is different when someone admits it).
Yes - I remember JAKIR "coming clean" so to speak and resigning his post several years ago with a detailed explanation of JAKIR's genesis and evolution. I was disappointed to see him go and welcome him back to the boards anytime.
