All Russian citizens who attempt to enter any athletic competition using their Russian passport should be ineligible for competition. If they are a holder of a non-Russian passport then they should be allowed to compete. This also applies to all Russian officials, coaches, and trainers.

Ukrainians are not much better, and they proved it themselves in WW2 against the Jews and Poles (and earlier), and their very real NAZI Azov brigade committed atrocities in the Donbas.
