Molly Seidel Has Only Ever Been Tested 14 Times by USADA, Galen Rupp 212 Times

Two things:
1. Galen has had a longer career, although that is quite a difference.
2. If they were going to test 1 athlete more than others, why wouldn't it be Galen? The dude has been tremendously successful and the biggest mentor and long time coach ended up being a cheater. 

Salazar was never actually caught doping anyone and NONE of Salazar's athletes have ever tested positive. Only dumb Steve Magness doped himself and then blamed Salazar.

If the USADA hasn't caught Rupp with ANYTHING all these years with 212 tests, doesn't any sane person think they should stop harrassing him with more than one test every single month? At what point does the USADA look stupid and like a bully? The 213th test? Or maybe the 214th test?

That wasted testing on Rupp would be much wiser spent testing Seidel twice a month. Not that USADA testing could catch a turtle stuck in molasses. The USADA never even return a positive test for ANY of Lance Armstrong's American team mates, not even the ones that snitched on him. That shows you USADA drug testing is stupid and I could catch way more American dopers by using their money to bribe snitches.

You are aware that Rupp was "likely doping" according to the leaked USADA report?

You are telling me that the USADA that drug tested Seidel in 2018 wasn't keeping tabs on her social media showing she intended to compete for the Olympic Trials on the track? And then switched to marathon? All the signs were there that Seidel was intending to compete for an Olympic spot in at least one event if not multiple. This is basic knowledge that anyone with Instagram would know.

How does the USADA think Rupp "likely doping" after they failed to catch him with a single thing after 212 tests? Do they really think the 213th test they give is going to be any different? Rupp is tested way more than Lance Armstrong and not a single thing was ever found.

Their ABP model can show that someone is likely doping based on unusual changes, but not crossing the threshold for a ban. That's a flag for them to test more often, which isn't to say everyone getting tested a lot is flagged (I don't know).

You are comparing Apples to Oranges.

Seidel graduated from college in 2016.  She did not have many pro results for a few years as she took time away from running.  She came back strong in the past 2 years.  But in her career she has only raced a few world class races. 

Rupp has been a world class pro since 2009 and a lot more races per year than Seidel.  Rupp is bit higher on the WADA radar too. 

Yes. And if such a person get tested a lot, they would have to hold back with their blood doping ("micro"dosing) -> mission partly accomplished.

Or, as happened with Kiprop after he got flagged + target tested, they screw up sooner or later -> mission accomplished.

Or, they get nervous, and stop doping -> mission accomplished.

Also Salazar himself used testo back in his active days, no surprise there.

The second part is correct, of course. Giving warning calls and letting people off because they claim it was the beef or a kiss doesn't help either.

Galen Rupp has been in the upper echelon of the sport for about 15-18 years depending what you count. He won an Olympic silver medal 9 years ago. I bet that 10 years from now Molly will have been tested loads of times.

14 seems more than enough at this point. It'll increase with her being at the top of the heap.
