It actually is the issue. I've read & heard all of it. Rogan did zero wrong. He just let the doctor talk.
Meanwhile, Biden & Harris encouraged Americans to NOT get VAXED while Trump was President.
Everything after “it actually is the issue” has nothing to do with the state pressuring private businesses to restrict free speech.
Biden's press secretary and the Surgeon General have both made public statements saying that Spotify needs to do more than what it has already done. So two very prominent high-ranking administration officials publicly saying what they think a specific company should do at least goes against the spirit of the first amendment. You don't have to be a tinfoil hat wearer to recognize when people at that level of government are making comments like that it puts a business on notice that if they don't comply there could be negative consequences. There are a million ways the federal government can go after a company like Spotify indirectly for this issue.
So while Rogan's first amendment right has not been violated if Spotify fires him it definitely is a big blow to a society that believes in free speech. There are multiple things that were "misinformation" a year and a half ago that Rogan had guests present such as the lab leak theory, or the PCR threshold was not properly being set, that are now excepted as true or at least likely.
And you never actually pointed out how I didn't understand the first amendment. You just basically confirmed you didn't like the point I made.
