What's everyone thinking for returning back to training. I turned the corner on day 5. It's day 7 for me now and I still have a cough, some congestion and fatigue. That "sick" feeling you know where it feels like you have static/white noise in your body and around your head is thankfully gone. My fever broke on day 2 and I felt like I hit rock bottom and started improving day 5.

I was thinking giving it another 4/5 days until I try some light exercise. Maybe activation style stuff.

it's about a 1 week process. For me first symptoms on 1/11/2022 consisted of sore throat (bad) for 2-3 days. Then a few days of general fatigue and a heaviness in chest/breathing. Then a few days of coughing. I did not exercise at all during this time as I had no energy and did not feel like it at all. It’s no fun

Have been tested 5 times in the last month and a half, all negative. Includes a test 6 days after exposure to someone at work who tested positive 3 days later.

Still haven't tested positive. Have made it over 2 years longer than others in my family who had it in Jan 2020.

But other than those quibbles, sure.

Not vaccinated. Finally got it on 1/20/22. I'd avoided it despite countless exposures and two 10 day quarantines with one alpha and one delta + family members.

First 36 hours were the worst.

-fever off and on up to 102

-full body aches, neck and back were worst

-fatigue

-slight cough and runny nose

-diminished/altered sense of taste

-slight brain fog

Went for a 3 mile run today to test the waters. Ran slow and didn't feel awful. Weird thing is that I felt really uncoordinated and running did not feel smooth or natural at all.

Another weird thing I've noticed is that my skin/ hair follicles are really sensitive and almost uncomfortable to the touch.

Right after the ball dropped on New Year’s Eve I got phlegm in my throat (could’ve been all the champagne I had) but Saturday and Sunday I had a fever, slight chills, and was just tired. Fever went away Monday but developed a nagging cough for a few days after. Within a week I was pretty much back to 100 percent. I got both shots last year but didn’t get boosted after my physician told me not to rush getting it, so I got COVID instead. Will get boosted this year.

I tried yesterday, which was day 7 for me. I made it a mile until I started wheezing and coughing really bad, so I stopped. It's kind of cold here, so that doesn't help. Today I went for a 5 mile hike, which was good. Then shoveled snow for a few hours.

I was back on zwift doing trainer short trainer sessions (40-60 minutes) on day 5. Waited until day 7 to run and did an easy 3.5 miles. Felt ok and followed it up with around an hour run the next day. No respiratory issues, just sluggish.

I tested positive Friday, first started noticing symptoms last Tuesday, I have been double vaccinated and received the booster

started out with sore throat, then runny nose and congestion, very minimal headaches through the week, Friday morning got tested and was positive, have gotten better the past 2 days, still have congestion, no more headaches, some sneezing yet, hope to be able to return to work Thursday. I've been out with a running injury for 5 weeks, so have only been doing indoor biking at a lower intensity than I normally do. It really hasn't felt like anything more than a bad cold honestly. Hopefully the vaccine and booster kept it from getting any worse than it did.

I've been sleeping fine, no pain or weakness like others have mentioned. It affects us all very differently

- Can't distinguish if I was symptomatic or just irritated airway from wearing a respirator for extended period (including overnight 1/14/22)

-Shelling out $800 for hotel room + food + toys for my daughter and I to isolate from my wife and son after my daughter tested positive, only for my son to develop symptoms and test positive two days later.

-Me? 36 hours? Most mild head cold symptoms I've ever had, could have been due to respirator use. Did not test myself.

-Full vaxxed + boosted all Moderna ~1 month before exposure.

My daughter was full vaxxed 12/30 (last shot 12/16), exposed 1/10, symptomatic 1/13. Tested her immediately, positive, isolated immediately thereafter. Her symptoms were very minor congestion and a slightly runny nose for 2.5 days. She shares a room with her twin brother, who developed symptoms and tested positive two days later despite our having isolated. Same vax schedule for him; he had two bouts of nausea for ~6 hours two days apart, a moderate runny nose and a mild cough for a week.

Wife full vaxxed + boosted w/ Moderna - no symptoms but no way she wasn't infected from my son.

You're laughing at me because my family's full vax status has resulted in mild symptoms for my kids, questionable symptoms for me, and zero symptoms for my immunocompromised wife? Neat. Good for you that you're able to take pride in dishonesty and threatening the health of others. Personally, I take great pride in being the sole reviewer of 5000+ employees' vaccination documents and accommodation requests, and denying anything that looks halfway suspicious or political. I know my efforts are serving the health and economy of my community and country rather than some cartoonish concept of principle.

Not sure if this was Covid, but I was pretty sick. Symptoms started night of January 16.

16th- Body aches in every single joint. During the night I had chills and sweats probably from a fever.

17th- The next two days were the worst, pain, zero energy, throat hurt, sinus pressure.

18th- Like the previous day but about 5% easier.

19th- Started to feel better, throat really hurt

20th- Big improvement, still throat issues.

21st- Not much improvement, didn't take any tylenol for the symptoms though.

22nd- Big energy increase.

23rd- Throat issues gone, sinuses a bit swollen, runny nose. Been sleeping like a rock.

Worst part about it was the brutally cold and dry week of weather. Worked 10 hour days from the 17th through the 20th.

I have had zero vaccinations or boosters.
