I ran 8 hours after my first shot (Astra Zeneca), and started feeling the side effects halfway through the run… fatigue, heavy legs, muscle soreness. Felt fine by noon next day and did a hard workout in the evening.
My second shot was with Pfizer/BioNTech and I took the day off and ran again next day, without a single side effect.?
The following day, no side effects for me.

One after the first dose was about 8 miles, after second was 15 miles. No real issues, at all, and resumption of the rest of the training block went fine.
