Not enough sleep and too many miles
Not enough sleep and too many miles
110-130 miles/week and 6-8 hrs/night.(11pm-5am--depends on how early I go to bed...) on the nights when i only get 6, i definitely feel the need for (and sometimes take) a nap of an hour or so.
140 mi per week annual average (sometimes I dip down to around 110 or so if busy).
Average sleep = 9 hours a day.
(Don't own a television).
I only sleep 15 minutes a night, run 100 miles a week, and run an underground club.

You broke the first and second rules.
My question is when your listing the people and the mileage are you using everyones screen name....

What a great project that would look like......Couldn't you ask the HS track team, or if your in college the college team???? Don't be so shy.
I'm amazed at how many miles so many people run on this list. and how much sleep they get. i wish i could get that much of either in.
currently,
70 mpw; 6.5 h sleep; full time job, 24 years old
I am usually around 100 mpw. I do go up to 140 and down to 70 for races. I average about 7 hours of sleep per night. Less than that during the week and more than that on the weekends.
35-40 mpw 8hrs a night on average....usually one 4 or 5 hour night with a few 8.5/9s
80-85 mpw. 7-8 hours of sleep per night.
