Oatlands Plantation 8k in Virginia is also very tough, and susceptible to weather conditions, so I'd put it around the same caliber as VCP, which I've run a lot more so it feels easier personally.

I guess old man SDSU Aztec learned something today. Listen, grandpa, these kids know the current crop of runners. You somehow mistakenly thought Mantz was a slow-twitch runner when he recently dropped a 13:28 indoors and you didn't realize he's an absolute monster in tough conditions. Old dogs can learn new tricks. Enjoy.
