What was most bothersome was they left him lying there when he was clearly injured. The first guy tried to help but was pushed away. Maybe it was an accident that he fell but couldn't someone step forward to help?

What could they do to help at that point? If they move them or touch them wrong they will be crucified more than if they leave them for the trained medical professionals. I wonder if their firing was for the push or lack of attempt to help....looks like more bad training and lack of understanding what they actually should do when such a situation presents itself.

You are correct. But my main point is if the older guy would have done his protesting during the set protesting hours and not confronted the police officer when he was supposed to be off the street, none of this would be an issue.

You do realize that these crappy cops who pushed the old man makes the job harder for cops than the old man does?

The police have been doing far worse in many cities.

Running people over, using chemicals and rubber bullets on them, beating the Hell out of them, smashing them against cars and the street.

Men and women, Young and old. Black and white. Makes no difference to the storm troopers

In my opinion, the majority of individuals crying “he shouldn’t have broken curfew” were likely fine when groups of protestors armed with AR-15’s stormed capital buildings to protest lockdowns a few weeks ago. You can’t be against having your civil liberties taken away and then get mad about peaceful protests. The police seemed fine with having those folks up in their face, but God forbid an unarmed elderly man approach them when they’re surrounded by dozens of their fellow officers.

If your story is true I would be upset as well, but I'm guessing there was some disrespectful behavior towards the police to cause someone to be pulled from their car.

There are curfews in place for a reason. If you can't get your message across during that time period you need to do better do a better job of protesting. Why do assume I'm white? You know what happens when you assume?

There is no disrespectful behavior to police that causes one to be pulled from their car. Their are bad police that cause someone to be pulled from their car when they are/feel disrespected. This is an important difference.

Haha, and if George Floyd had not tried to pass a counterfeit bill he would have never been killed. The reason we have cops is to handle people not abiding by the rules or laws. Is it too much to expect them to do their jobs without killing and injuring people unnecessarily.
