If you weighed yourself in the afternoon after school it could easily be 2-3kg more than first thing in the morning anyway.

Oh ok, then I probably drank too much water! I get what you mean, I never knew that water would make such a difference!
This is absolutely not what I meant. Trying to communicate with teenagers leave me wanting to smash my head against a wall every time. I have so much respect for teachers who choose a career of dealing with kids.
.
Didn't mean to annoy you or anything sorry.

Oh so its just me drinking water oh good! I didn't know water was so heavy! Oh and yeah like you said I am active and don't gorge on crap. Oh so that's good I don't need to diet! It's what I thought I would need to do.
But don't cut your water consumption in an attempt to manage your weight. Drink up and sweat it out.
And read this carefully, more than once.

I read it. It's not like I was going to starve myself or anything! Of course I wouldn't do that.

didn't know that until this thread started.
I couldn't watch the vedio
Also, I did another TT for the third week in a row and did even better ( 6 seconds) than the second TT. But still not a PB.

Nice!!! Very exciting to see progress!
This thread is troubling.
If the person is in fact 161 cm (5'3" )
Then going from 92.4 lbs to 99 puts them severely underweight (17.5 BMI)
Either this is extreme trolling or a serious eating disorder.
I'm troubled because some people are giving praise and or support as if the weight gain itself is something to not worry about.
Either we're being played or you all need to be very careful with the advice you give as a 5'3 femae would need to weigh somewhere in the 110 range to be on the low end of normal weight.
