You have capitulated on the existence of the June 3, 2022 Certification from Trump's Custodian of records that admitted to the existence of classified documents taken from the White House to Florida (and swore and affirmed FALSELY that there were no more).

The motion for a Special Master was granted for the reasons set forth in the September 5, 2022 Order by Judge Cannon (ECF 64, Trump v. United States (9:22-cv-81294)), NONE of which even suggested possible tampering with documents by the FBI or DOJ. That was not mentioned in the September 5, 2022 Order because Trump's lawyers never raised such absurd things in their motion or at the hearing on the motion or anywhere else on earth.

I can't prove a negative, but I can point out that (1) Trump's lawyers never said anything about planted documents in ANY court filings, (2) Trump and his Mar-El-Lag witnesses and lawyers have never said the FBI showed up with documents or planted documents, (3) Trump has a list of seized documents and has never said anything on the list is planted, and (4) most importantly, a criminal conspiracy operation to plant fraudulent documents at the home of a former president would be a MASSIVE criminal undertaking involving at least hundreds of people, including high level officials, and thousands of person-hours to propose, design, approve, arrange, set-up and execute, and would be nearly impossible to conduct while avoiding detection or exposure. Virtually impossible, even assuming that hundreds of people thought it would be a worthwhile endeavor in the first place -- all of that off-the-books, criminal work and trouble, risking years in prison for themselves if caught doing ANY of it, just to get some charges on classified documents? Too crazy to even be contemplated. It makes O.J. Simpson's LAPD glove and blood planting conspiracy theories look reasonable. That's how bananas you come off.

What little I know of these documents come from PUBLIC court filings, including Trump's PUBLIC court filings and tacit admissions. The PUBLIC court filings and attachments are the universe of what I know about classified documents seized from the Trump compound.
