Yes, the one thing that struck me in his testimony is how HE is politicizing this.
He’s supposed to be an impartial judge. It’s not a political office but he is going after the Democrats.
The worst that any Democrats did was wait to release this, they didn’t invent his accuser.
Also, he really likes beer. And underage drinking doesn’t seem to be any issue for someone who is supposed to uphold the law. 17 has never been a legal drinking age in his life.
He said he often had many beers. And that means he likely had more that many.
He doesn’t remember if he drank to the point where he couldn’t remember things.
Republicans (54%) are the only group among whom a majority believes Kavanaugh should be confirmed even if the accusations prove to be true

BTW, I just heard an explanation for Lindsey Graham's 180 on Trump.
Rumor has it that he wants to be Attorney General when Sessions gets fired.
The face of an angry spoiled entitled frat boy who for the first time in his life is facing consequences for his actions.
So I see four possibilities:
1) Dr. Ford is a very, very good liar.
2) Judge Kavanaugh is a very, very good liar.
3) Dr. Ford was attacked, but it was mistaken identity.
4) Judge Kavanaugh got drunk and attacked Dr. Ford, but forgot about it.
The whole incident apparently lasted just a few minutes. Kavanaugh was drunk and probably thought nothing of it afterward. But the incident stuck with Dr. Ford for the rest of her life.
I think the most likely truth is #4.

Except that BK did not completely forget. He seems to have remembered people who were at the party. Except that which party it was was not identified by Christine Ford.
But, seeing the parts about hi pal Judge's book, and BK's calendar, it appears to be the first week of July of 1982. "Beach Week" for BK and this cronies.
It was a "sham hearing". How do you objectively look into these accusations and not bring in the key witness, the guy who was either going to corroborate Ford or torpedo her whole claim?

The Democrats only have 49 votes, they are powerless to stop confirmation. McConnell could have held the vote last week, except he didn't have enough Republican votes. He could hold the vote tomorrow, except I doubt he thinks he has enough Republican votes. It's not the Democrats that are holding up confirmation, it's those 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 Republicans that are on the fence.
Easy three people who were identified as being there said it did not happen. The Democrats held this information for nearly two months to drop a bomb and delay past the election. It will backfire against the Democrats. Despicable really.

Ahem, specific party was not identified by Ford. Just a rough timeframe for it. It could have been one of several parties.
Kavanaugh cries that he doesn't know which party Ford is taking about.
Yet, you claim there are three witnesses to the specific party. Who provided those names to anyone? It could only have been Kavanaugh. Meaning, he knows exactly which party it was and he is lying through his teeth.

Not sure how he can respond to the allegation specifics without hearing them out.

It is idiotic to be concerned that he drank before reaching the legal drinking age.
This is why Republicans will probably feel safe about confirming a rapist:
