Unlike many others here, I will wait until investigators give information about the shooter, how he got his gun, his criminal record and his politics before making unsubstantiated statements. Even then I won't make childish blanket assumptions based on that. Though I will assume he is mentally unstable and poses a danger to society based on the shooting alone.
