Seth is in the invitational heat of the BU meet tomorrow, seeded at 13:28. He will face the likes of Justyn Knight, Sean Mcgorty, Thomas Ratcliffe, and Abdel Laadjel. The D3 record is 13:44, set by Alex Phillip of John Carroll in 2023.
Seth's teammate Blaik Slavinski (Clemson transfer) is seeded at his PR of 1:47. He opened up his season with a 2:30 1k... He must've also transferred to Rowan due to their strong history in academia.
So what, someone runs a minute PR in the 5k and people think he's doping all of a sudden?
I've seen PR's way bigger than that all the time. In 10th grade I dropped my PR from 20:55 to 19:43 in a single race, and I know for certain I was NOT doping. That's 72 seconds, more of a jump than Seth made today. Moreover, taking in to account the fact that he already got his 5k down to the 14's, this shows he is good at getting faster, so I am not surpised he getting even better.

You're joking, right? You had all the means in the world to improve a lot when you were in tenth grade running 7 minute miles. When you've gone through hs and a D1 program and you still are running 14:24, what changes exactly get you within a short period of time to 13:32? Did Iowa State or the state of New Jersey suddenly rise to altitude?

No im not joking- I was NOT doping in 10th grade. That was a natural progression.
Like I was saying, the fact Seth got to 14:24 already shows he good at getting fast. Why are people surprised he getting even faster.

Great attempt at trying to distract from this kid being kicked off the ISU team and now potential evidence coming out that he was buying epo.
Rojo and letsrun should start a gofundme or something of the sort that anyone can donate to in order to have this kid independently drug tested weekly.

Nah bro just ban him. Damage has been done, D3 record is juiced, no need to complicate just get him off the track

That step would come after tests indicate doping with multiple substances.
Except he won’t. 1) he isn’t going to hold anything below the Mile.
2) his records will only stand for the duration from when set till he is banned and they are all removed. 3) he will go down as a joke and failure when all his doping comes to light.
