Alright it's official. This kid deserves 100x more hype than Quincy. Quincy couldn't even make the team last year. He got lucky because of the relay pool (and proceeded to run a horrible leg and only medal despite his efforts)

as a mid d / distance person, i'd definitely do a bit of cross country, but the minimum effective dose ...
