Bocovich qualifies for his 5th National Championship. Not a very fast time, but he continues to excel after leaving Northfield.

Enough XC glazing. Let's talk about how strong the 1500 will be and how the Oles will be looking on the outside of this impressive group.

Tyler Smith will surely be in that mix and Bati could probably run 3:45 if wants. If lars doesn't focus on the 10K, I'm sure he'll run faster than the Oles. Reece will surely see a big jump and Tor did run 3:54 a few years back. And lets not forget The Future ran 4:18 as a freshman Indoor. He'll likely run a fast 1500 to help his steeple nationals bid.

I guarantee the only person on that 1500 list think g about track right now is Coffey. The rest should be thinking XC Nationals.

How a coach can’t figure out a plan to get a 3:51 guy into his top seven is beyond me. Consider him another lost runner like Sagedalh, Arnie, Kosche, Cassidy, and Lyford.

Any news out of Signing Day? Looks like the Tommies have a solid class. I'm hearing the Gusties took one of Olaf's big targets. Will Mac/Carleton add any depth?

I'm hearing Olaf recruiting is down due to all the commentary on here about his behavior and coaching style. And who wants to run for a program where all-conference guys don't even run at Regionals. I'd much rather make an impact for my team right away.

Who did the Tommies land? The Tommies Instagram mentions a big get in Casey Poppler and also Lucas Esten.

The Oles are excited about some European runner named Pushkin that hasn’t run much cross country but has run a 64 minute half.

For the Gusties, I’m just assuming the Mankato guys will stay home and run at Gustavus while continuing to do their high school coach’s training.

My sources tell me it gets under Power’s skin the Mo has just whipped his guys at conference the last 3 years.

Had some strategy in ‘22 but Mo just buried them. Thought Will could outkick him last year, but again not even close at the end. This year he just had his guys race for second.

If Mo is in the mix at Nationals and finishes above 8th. Nick at little ole cross country powerhouse Augsburg will have produced a higher finisher at Nationals than Power. Makes sense he’d be desperate to bring in a ready built talent to try to stop the four-peat.

Okay this is ridiculous fast finish is just garbage. Oles and Carls need to dump this poverty company. Wayazata results is so much more efficient and reliable. I have a buddy of mine that know computer science and said he offered to help them this year in anticipation of poor result quality. The guy flat up rejected him and said no I’m not changing how I’ve always done it.

Big pack through 3 miles. Mo broke from the pack and cruised to victory. Top lacrosse/whitewater guys skipped and crossed line practically holding hands. St Olaf made a big move last few k to secure 2nd.

Looks like a scoring adjustment has whitewater ahead of Olaf… still very close.
