I don't know Lincoln University is a HBCU and I don't think too many Asian student athletes want to live in Jefferson City Missouri. Coach Poppy welcomes all. I can see it being something to so with his old tough ways.

The University is on high alert right now, so almost any complaint or issues will be dealt with in this manner. A couple months ago,a faculty member committed suicide due to bullying and harassment by the President, after several complaints about the treatment her final email to the president was her suicide letter. The University/Broad is and has faced a lot of criticism about their protocols in terms of dealing complaints on any matter.

No. No. No. All an athlete has to do now a days is make an accusation without proof and you are on the hot seat. Meanwhile said athlete was mad because you challenged them to do better. I have seen it happen a couple of times. Then after coach is fired, the truth comes out that the athlete was lying because that person was mad at the coach. Lets wait to see if they give more details.

I have seen that happen. A coach I know was suspended while they did the investigation. It came out that the student was making things up and was lying. The coach had documentation of the athlete refusing to show up on time, missing practice, and not doing the workouts. The student said that the coach was racist because the coach was being tough and enforcing the basic rules. It is more difficult to coach these days. The coach was cleared and the student is no longer on the team.
