What does any of this nonsense have to do with whether or not Trump was in possession of government documents in violation of the law? Is he or isn’t he? Well, we will soon find out. If he was, he broke the law and he can be charged, convicted and sentenced. It matters not if others also broke the law. Wrongdoing by others is not a legal defense.
