1) I was stuck on "several" because, as near as I could tell, the Constitution does not seem to require signatures on anything but legislation--and it was you who said that the Constitution"does enumerate that a Presidential signature is required in several instances." Okay, what are a couple of them? And where does it say that? 2) Of course Biden was and is in decline, and that was and is "clear." But it's also the case that people in that kind of decline have good days and bad days, good spells and bad spells; anyone who's had to deal with such folks experiences this. So what is your specific "clear" evidence that Biden "did NOT personally approve hundreds of pardons"? 3) I have no reason to dispute the idea that President Trump's use of the autopen is and has been limited to things like low-level correspondence, and I did not dispute this previously.
PS--I actually don't follow this stuff closely--it's been a long time since my Con Law class--so I used the miracle of the Internet to call up the Constitution, and then used Ctrl + F to look for "sign" in the text. Took just about a minute. And I was able to use Google to find the memorandum from Bush the Younger's time. Took just about a minute. I included the references because I like to give people a way to check the support for my statements. I think that's better than making simple assertions and assuming that people will accept them without evidence.

1) The real reason you're "stuck" on "several" is because you think if its not found in the Constitution it diminishes or renders the point that a POTUS signature is required on many documents invalid. In other words, its inconsequential so you have no good, legitimate reason to be stuck on it. Ironically and/or hypocritically, you use/accept a Bush-era DOJ opinion to validate your own point. If a Bush DOJ opinion is sufficient for you, then Biden's own executive staff specifically in charge of signatures should suffice.
Documents for YOUR Consideration, Approval, and Original Hand Signature
I count 14 documents Biden's own staff say require his "Original Hand Signature" as opposed to autopen, including "pardon letters". So, what is sticking you from accepting that? Because it contradicts your/the left's narrative that POTUS signatures are not required and it overlooks Biden/his staff's violating their own rules regarding the use of autopen.

According to Biden's Staff Memorandum: "it can often take days or weeks for the President to review and approve the clemency package." This was written in the first days of Biden's administration when at best they could assume there would be similar numbers to prior Presidents. It is clear to all rational people that Biden could not have reviewed over 4000 pardons and commutations in just 4 meetings (Dec 5 & 11 2024, Jan 11 & 19 2025). AND, there is evidence from the NARA he wasn't even present.
