Just glanced at the results which state; "The relative risk (RR) for myocarditis was more than seven times higher in the infection group than in the vaccination group."
That does not seem to answer the right question as far as I can see. The question that some might have is something along the lines of "Is the risk of me developing myocarditis higher or lower if I take the vaccine?"
The conclusion of this meta study does not seem to answer this question.
