This is what a real woman who has run nearly 2000 miles looks like. There are two other normal women in the photo for comparison.

Most of the cheating talk involves the first 2 weeks with unusual fast paces up mountains and lying about the drone/tracking debacle. I think the rigorous checking from LR has kept the mileage in more honest territory since then.

Sandy has regularly been covering 20% more distance than Mimi in the same amount of running time. That is the Sandy after getting out of 10000+ foot mountains and the Mimi running since the halfway mark.

Yep, that's the picture. Although I think I get a slightly higher resolution version by going to her Facebook page and clicking from there. Your link seems to be slightly blurry.
