Your "what most likely occurred" is pure and unadulterated BS. You have no idea what occurred. Stop trying to promulgate an image that is entirely fiction made up 100% by you and have folks making judgements on that fantasy of yours rather than on reality.

I also have no idea what occurred and I have enough integrity to simply say that. What IS appropriate in this situation is to learn whatever we can about this allegation. Attempted rape is NOT something to simply gloss over with a make believe scenario from you own head.

If that's all the R's have got on her they are going to have a lot of trouble discrediting her as a witness.

Attempted rape should disqualify anyone from EVER serving on the SCOTUS. To think otherwise is to trivialize the crime or to dishonor the SCOTUS. Possibly both.

You are in the wrong here. Kavanaugh chose to lie about the incident. Worse for him. It looks like the 15 year old was intentionally locked in a room with two boys for a gang rape.

BTW: The age for sexual consent starts at either AGE 16, 17 or 18, depending on state, with 16 the most common. You know what? Age 15 is not an age of consent. Kavanaugh would be guilty of rape with someone whom he cannot legally have sex with, even with her consent.
