I was alot better today;however, I ran for 85 minutes + 22 minutes weight exercises + 15 minutes dry sauna.All of these exercises puts my entire body into a new man.
Physically,mentally,spiritually,socially,emotionally and the world is great.
My youth summer program starts on monday this will speed up my old feet running along young runners.

Friday workout 121 minutes run early morning section.
second section 48 minutes + 15 minutesweight exercise + 15 minutes dry sauna.
Saturday 124 minutes run,it was great.I am fully recovered from all of emotional/spiritual shocks.

It seems like we are back on running business once more,Oh yeah! this is great.My training weight exercise is killing me.
I want those young tone muscles.Sometimes I come home sleep without food I have no energy to eat.Just sleep until the sun is up.And my weight goes down the tube.

To longest thread ever,I just put in 72 minutes at copper hill that put me to sleep for two hrs.
My body still recovering from exercise weight training. I am right awake for mental exercises.

This morning when the sky was blue and rainy,
I manage to go through copper hills
in which it cost me 72 minutes,
The weight exercise came second
as the work out and it was more on the uppers
follows on the lower legs and it was on the purches
of 15 minutes.
Finally,I sit in the temperature of
200*F in the process I was curling and facing up
to killing those fatty acid in the abdominals.
The price for sitting in sauna was 15 minutes.
I thought I had it upto up my neck and the belly
for the day.

The same route I ran yesterday for 82 minutes in the morning.
In the evening I did 30 minutes + 15 minutes sauna.

I did it again and the price was 81 minutes that is all I had in my muscles.I coundnt pay more than that this morning.

I did it in 64 minutes this morning. Exercise weight training is doing its job.I test it this morning and my running is back to business.
I didnt know it takes along time to put it to use.Only some specific kness muscles in both sides of the legs needs some work, after that I am good to go.
I am encourage with weight training that it works. I am new in the exercise weight training. I am learning new things that are inside weight training and there are in the weight muscles.
I am good to louch it.
