I'm not an expert on the statutes relevant to the possession of the documents. From what I understand he shouldn't have had them. But perhaps that isn't enough for a criminal charge. However, the case for obstruction looks pretty strong. He was asked for them several times and didn't give them back. And through his attorneys he lied about whether he still had any and where they were stored. Will the attorneys take the fall for him?

I got an "A" in Constitutional law, but never claimed to specialize in it. But the real problem with your post is that the relevant statutes regarding state secrets, presidential documents, and obstruction are statutory criminal matters, not Constitutional law.

As Trump has said on more than one occasion: "To win a war, you have to be a war." Trump has lived those words as if they came straight from J. Christ in the humanly flesh. Trump would never have achieved the crowning glories, preeminence, and god-granted majesty that he has, if he had not lived by those words of wisdom every second of every day.
