Sandra has new photos of her running with large groups of people, including a cross country team:

I just watched this video ...

... her left arm doesn't swing, while the right one does. You can see this from behind at 9-10secs.

For sure if they're faking data then she could be travelling in the RV.

But you didn't really answer the question. If you were going to fake data ... why do it badly? Why not just go for a cadence of say 160 and have going up and down a bit from there. That would be more convincing to the average person as it doesn't raise any question marks.

A few pages back someone (Asher?) went out and watched Mimi and another walker. He felt everything was in order. If you could get a timecheck on when that occurred - e.g. from his photograph or his memory; then you could compare the consistency of Mimi's data from that period to other data. It would either highlight a disconnect or support other data as being typical.

Several changes, things, occurred at roughly the same time. Mimi took a 'vacation day' after pass the halfway point. Asher showed up the next morning. Mimi started running in more populated areas. Mimi's run days got longer, much longer. Her pace and cadence changed. Maybe she got injured on the 'vacation day' and there is Mimi-before and Mimi-after. Maybe the real Mimi showed up and took over.

In regards to faking it badly. A clever person would do just that to discredit the data source and recording; intentional sabotage. Certainly not impossible to do. And maybe real data is being twisted just to mess with Scam's analysis.

I don't think a highly staged and edited video of Mimi from her film crew for 2 seconds is very good poof. I have better proof from Tim Anderson himself that Mimi swings both arms:

Mimi and her team may or may not be taking some of the data but there is no law saying you can't be incompetent about faking data. It's much easier to create a bad spoof by just randomly oscillating cadence than to make it look real.

And I've done some more research and realized Mimi must be using both a Suunto Spartan Ultra and a Suunto Spartan Sport watch because the Sport has the optical heart rate monitor you see in one of her videos in the RV. I looked up Strava data for other people with those watches and lone behold, their cadence data actually makes sense and is not randomly non-sensical like Mimi's. So why is Mimi so special and seemly have a problem and excuse for practically everything in her run?

Asher was only able to meet up with Mimi briefly after we raised a lot of noise and scrutiny of her. That was only one check at one point but does not serve as any proof of what Mimi was really doing the first 2 weeks before we raised the heat.

Tim's "camera work" has been so shoddy throughout this attempt I have to believe it's on purpose. No one is that bad. It's silly at this point.

Husband Tim is spending nothing to do time in an RV for five weeks with another woman while his wife is on the road. It is easy to see why he filmed her during the first part of the video. :-)

It certainly makes it impossible to develop a true cadence signature for Mimi with her non-sensical random cadence data. Other people on Strava using Suunto watches don't have this garbage cadence data Mimi is showing.

Here is a screenshot of Mimi's raw cadence data without any smoothing, downloaded from her Strava for her Oct. 12, 2017 morning run. Notice she is using a cadence range from 90 spm all the way to 220 spm with some outliers. I would like to see Mimi and her team explain this garbage cadence data that I don't see any other Suunto users experiencing. Perhaps someone would like to send them a message they will actually respond to? They seem to like blacklisting communications from me.

It is at this time I think I'm going to start writing a detailed report up of all the evidence for and against (mostly against) Mimi's transcon and why the evidence shows that it should be invalidated. I think there is way more than enough evidence to nullify her record attempt and should be compiled and sent to whomever.

Question about her name. I see people calling her Mimi, Miranda and Marina. Which one is right?

Something that really sets of my bullshit meter is the fact that almost all her "achievements" are stunt runs. Double badwater, double spartathlon, double comrades. Will she also do a double transcon, back to LA?

If not, Scam_ should spoof it for her!

Miranda is her real name and Mimi and Marina appear to be nick names.

I don't think any of her past achievements have GPS data to back them up since it appears she joined Strava and Movescount solely for the run across America.

From posts on here, Asher just met and had his photo taken with Mimi, but he didn't run any distance with her. It was basically just a photo shoot.
