If the apostles were all lying about Jesus, why did they not recant at the threats of the horrible deaths they all suffered except for one?
I wish your question was more specific, and had less unsupported premises and strawman. I guess for now, my answer would be I don't really know.
What we BOTH know is that Matthew 24:34 states that Jesus said: "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place" and that Jesus was wrong with that statement. Not all the "things" mentioned took place before the generation passed away.
The story is a mythological tale . . . and it is not even an original one.
They copied bits and pieces from previous Greek and Egyptian scriptures to create the story of Jesus of Nazareth.
Stories about Horus, Dionysis, Osiris and Hercules were all used to create the fictional account of Jesus.
Everything is fake and everything is copied: the virgin birth, the three wise men, the twelve disciples, the miracles, the crucifixion, resurrection etc etc
The time and place the Jesus supposedly lived: Palestine, 2000 years ago, was a well documented time and place. They had books, newspapers and magazines.
Many authors and scholars of that time existed and wrote books and articles about a wide variety of topics. Those writings have been uncovered and analyzed. Not one mention of a man named Jesus Christ exists. Not one book, not one article, not one paragraph, not one sentence.
The Shroud of Turin was proved to be a fake from the twelfth century.
You can continue to live in a fantasy world and keep this imaginary friend. Or you can become an intellectually superior human being who follows a life that focuses on science, evolution, biology, archeology and . . . the truth.
Rather than ridiculous, archaic, mythological, copied fairy tales.

Already covered that, but you refuse to acknowledge the facts here. As to specifics, look up the ways they were all executed (martyred) for their faith.
(LjI) AS we remember the Passion of our Lord Jesus Christ this Holy Week, have you ever wondered what happened to the 12 Apostles after Jesus died on the cross? We all know that the Romans and the …
It's simple, really-- think of Jesus as a role model-- accept to be LIKE Him-- e.g., not sinning-- and well look at that you're going to Heaven! Really, all you need to do is not sin (hard thing to do for humans, naturally) and when you do, be sorry, TRULY sorry I mean.
Accepting Jesus is accepting your flaws and that He can and will help you. He's with you right now even when you hate Him.
By the way, if someone is not aware of the mere concept of Christianity and leads a morally good life because, well, this is the only one we have-- they'll go to Heaven, too. God is forgiving and 'The majority of earth's population... is going to Hell' is kind of a 'now' statement. What if they repent? It's SUCH a simple solution-- be sorry and be forgiven. Don't see the problem here.
Hell probably doesn't seem that scary now because you've never experienced it.
Definition of murder on earth is secular and Godless. It’s man made. Definition of murder in the high heavens is mere hate and dislike. So it depends on which definition you use. I use the high heavens one.
And what is that definition that you use?
Definition of murder I use: mere feeling of hate in the body/brain.
Of adultery: mere sexual objectification and/or fantasy in the body/brain
Don’t make me laugh dude. Only the Angel lucifer can take it upon himself to falsely lead some dumb human being to fake plates!! God says that whoever adds or takes away from la palabra del dios is not from God! Stop all these blasphemy will ya?
Did it concern you when God allowed Lucifer to kill Job’s entire family? Wasn’t their cooperation in the murder of good people and torture of Job deplorable?
Only God can ‘murder’ anyone on this earth. Only God can get away with anything and everything because he founded the same! Get it? God can neither be called moral or immoral but yet he can deem moral and immoral. I know it sounds oxymoronic but it ain’t!!
No you just differentiate between immoral anti semiticism and moral anti semitcism. The latter Centers Jesus as the pillar of morality thus provides an legitimate exception to anti semiticism. This would be the only circumstance that anti semiticism is not considered deviant behavior.
That's somewhat true, but Matthew 27:25 states that crowd of onlooker at Jesus murder event all said "His blood is on us and on our children!”
There's a lot of problematic stuff for Christians in Matthew. You can see why it is not a popular book amongst Believers.
There is nothing problematic. Christians are very clear that the Jews are all going to hell come judgement day except a few hundred thousands who accepted Jesus as God in advanced! Donald trump is a Jew but he is also Christian and so he is going to heaven if he has repented of his sins.
the Jews are not happy that Jesus a Jew is supposed to be God the father God the son and God the Holy Spirit. They hate Jesus and couldn’t believe he could be God. They are now still waiting for their ‘God’ to reveal himself and this God will soon be the Antichrist and he shall be Jew!!
the Jews want to dominate the earth because they believe they are God’s special and privileged people. But God didn’t allow them to do that and instead made them suffer with countless wars in middle east till this day. The Jews had no place to call home up till 1948 and that’s because of Gods punishment on them.

First, we don't really know what happened to the apostles regarding this because we never got to hear the executioners' side of the story.
Secondly, even if the apostles did confess that Jesus was a human... under the conditions of that particular persecution.... that confession wasn't going to get them exonerated. They weren't going to be set free.
Finally, The most likely scenario is that these guys were advocates of a movement within Judaism that they truly believed in. Jesus "rise from the dead was symbolic to represent the fact that in their minds the movement lived on beyond Jesus' life.
Again, if you want to believe all the resurrection is true, all the sightings post resurrections are true, and that the apostles all were killed because they wouldn't renounce that Jesus rose from the dead... These explanations certainly won't suffice in changing your opinion.
But as others have been saying... If Jesus had truly risen from the dead after making the promises he made... He surely would returned by now. At your age (assuming your user name reflects it)... you have another 30-35 years in you... Rest assured... when it comes time for you to go... this conversation will still be happening among younger generations... with apologists and skeptics using these same arguments.
God has rules. Ok. He is a loving and forgiving God. He sent His Son Jesus to die for our sins. Men are all sinners (including preachers and priests), but you can be forgiven of your sins bt repenting. My life is so much better for having Jesus in it. It won't always be easy, but it's worth it. Give Him a try. It's free and you can leave whenever you want. ALL people are welcome to come and see.

I believe it is you who have refuse to accept facts. I believe you know it too. Again, the facts that you refuse to believe are the following:
1. Matthew 24:34 recites: "Truly I say to you, this generation will not pass away until all these things take place."
2. One of the "things" referred to is "the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven." Matthew 24:30.
3. "The Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven" has NOT taken place or happened to this very date (12/22/24).
4. Therefore, that "thing" did NOT take place before the "generation" in Mathew 24:34 passed away. That simply did not happen as predicted by Jesus ("Truly I say to you . . .").
5. Jesus was WRONG in Matthew 24:34, and I think you know it.

You understand why someone wouldn’t believe in a deity?

It's mythology mixed with a strict moral code, tailor-made to control a strong Roman empire.
The Hebrews had long lists of do-this, don't-do-that rules. Eat this animal, don't eat that one, and especially not on the Sabbath.
The Greeks had moral fables, but not a set of strict behavioral rules.
The mix seemed to come up with a long moral fable about a god man, and many of the old rules still valid. The people are interested in the moral fables, and the rulers are interested in the rules.
