I know its a lot of pages, but you should read this DOJ Response filed yesterday evening (linked below). No one is going to be seriously discussing probable cause for the search warrant ever again. This issues now are:
1. Who decided to draft and submit the false Certification on June 3, 2022 (Attachment E) that all documents subject to subpoena, including classified documents, had been returned as of June 3, 2022? That person is in significant trouble as you can see from the photos taken August 8, 2022 (Attachment F) of Top Secret (brown) and Secret/SCI (yellow) documents found in Trump's executive bathroom.
2. Who lied to the DOJ and FBI on June 3, 2022 and said all documents remaining in boxes in the Storage room were "personal" Trump mementos not covered by the subpoena? See Attachment F.
3. Who decided to remove classified documents covered by the subpoena (see Attachment F) from the Storage room AFTER the June 3, 2022 subpoena visit by the DOJ? Security camera video looms large here. That action shows someone knew about the June 3, 2022 lie regarding additional boxes and classified documents in the Storage Room, AND was guessing (correctly) that the Feds were coming back soon -- this time with a search warrant -- and deliberately decided to obstruct and move the documents. Whoever that person is, they are by far the most likely person in all of this to end up a convicted felon.
4. What else has the Mar-El-Lag rat told the Feds? Who is this scheming, backstabbing snitch? Will the FBI put him (or her) in Witness Protection?
5. When will Trump strangle the current crop of blundering lawyers? Evan Corcoran -- what the hell is wrong with this goofball? Trump would be doing the Florida bar a favor if he choked that half-wit out on the Mar-El-Lag lawn.
