To be honest, I too rather doubt that the Epstein material would implicate President Trump in any crimes. (We have access to other material that does that.)
So why not just release the files (with victims' identifying information redacted, of course)? Could it be because the Trump acolytes are not big on that "thinking" and "nuance" stuff--and he knows it?

Shhh! I'm riling up the conspiracy theory mindspin. They are so wrapped up in it that no scenario will satisfy them. If anything is released, it will be redacted or outright modified. Again, no woman abused by Epstein has accused Trump of doing the same. Trump NEVER went to the Island either.
The only list that matters, is one that has all the dudes who flew to the Island. We already know that Trump never did.
