They can't just show Nelson's shot put, they have to show him walking around instead of showing the 10.

If the NBC stream boots you and makes you verify your cable subscription, you can reset your "Free Trial" by clearing your browsing cache, FYI. Saves cable cutters like me. Sketchy stream the other poster linked didn't work.
Yes, additionally, I just opened a browser I dont regularly use (MS) and will clear that cache as needed rather than clearing my regular cache.

With race-time temperatures in the upper 70s and the competitors running under sunny skies and with a light tailwind, .
Must be nice to have a light tailwind in a track race.
I hate when they show shotputters during 10k races.
Rupp has gone to the lead with a surprising move at the 2200 meter mark. He's got a 15 meter lead within 200 meters.

He split a 65.49 on that lap and all of that was in the last 200!
Who cares about these lard boys that aren't even in contention.
65 galen leading

Then they go on and on wasting time.
I can literally see a break in the 10K. WTF.
64.9 rupp leading
I THINK RUPP WAS PULLING AWAY. SHOTPUTTERS ARE HUGGING? COOL
We've got split screen for mom's reaction, but not for the actual race happening
Well this takes "field event update" to another f***ing level

Too bad us tv viewers missed that.
I'm ok with the shot put interruptions. I'd prefer to see the 10k, but this is better than switching to commercial like I'm used to, and those guys deserve some TV time too!
