These threads prove two things: Kerr is right with what he says about Ingebrigtsen and the Ingebrigtsen fans can't stand it. They live in denial of his failures. But these just keep adding up - which makes it worse for them.
You are just plain lying. This "issue" started with you wrongly stating that Kerr's Olympic Bronze was five years ago. Confronted with your incapability to just get the most easy things correct, you totally changed the subject several times (Dummy: "you think it's 2023?" - what a stupid comment).
So: you said five years, correct is three years.
But you can't see this, because you are stupid.
I didn't say that about Kerr. That was another poster. You have no idea what one poster says or another. I see why you lose at everything you undertake.
I don't judge Ingebrigtsen on the basis of one race, such as the Paris 1500 final. He could be unlucky on the day or not in the best form. But when he is repeatedly beaten in the big races over several years that shows his defeats aren't a one-off attributable to bad luck or an off-day. It reduces his claim to being the best in his era. He may not be. Currently, there may be no single runner who stands out as the unquestioned "best".
In respect of the 5k I would estimate Ingebrigtsen as being a possible 12:42 guy, not 12:38. But, of course, we are guessing.
We will never agree on this, because we view Jakob’s sickness in indoors 2022 and outdoors 2023 differently. And that’s fine by me -I respect that you see this differently. But the loss for Wightman is a little difficult in my view to glue too much to some champs weakness for Jakob -Wightman’s 3.29.23 was only a few tens of a second from Jakob’s season best of 3.29.02, so the brit’s win was sort of OK… But we can settle the discussion after Tokyo WC -one point for you if Jakob loses, one for me after a win…
The time in a 5000m: Your estimate is as good as mine…
