Also worth nothing Valby usually is not super personable during interviews and comes across very cold, almost as if she doesn’t want to be there. Even after her Nuttycombe win. Today was a different story and it was nice to see her be super excited and warm.

Totally overdosing on cross today. On various screens at various times you can have as many as three races going (I've got DI men and DIII men going at the same time now). Aside, Ethan Gregg went through the 2-mile split under 9 minutes at DIII (caveats, always, about cross accuracy; they had his mile around 4:35 or so).

Correction, official split put him at 9:29, not sure where the 9 minutes came from.
