Slavery has historically been widespread in Africa. Systems of servitude and slavery were common in parts of Africa in ancient times, as they were in much of the rest of the ancient world. When the trans-Saharan slave trade,...
Now you're going to lie when anybody can go back and look at exactly what you said.
I asked you if you wanted a replacement and you said no. That would mean keeping a white majority.
You're playing dumb
This is why I asked for a definition that was refused to me. My understanding of “great replacement” from you nutjobs is an intentional, targeted eradication of some group of people, not a circumstantial different proportion of the racial makeup of a group. Those are very, very different and my answer was related to the former.

Your "circumstantial different proportion of the racial makeup' will in fact lead to eradication at least in significant part.

I spent 25 years in higher ed and DEI officers are completely useless make-work jobs. They are part of the administrative bloat that leads to an and prices many young people out of college.
DEI officers have no power? Are you kidding? Then how did things get how they are now? They're not just taking up space and payroll. They are re-making academia.
See now, I didn’t say no power, did I? You can be useless with a lot of power.
The value of a degree has been steadily declining over the last 30 years AND costs have risen. Do you really still want to try your DEI flex?
Colleges and Universities all over the country are going out of business, champ. It is precisely because of the types of excesses that come along with DEI officers that this is happening.
As more kids opt for trades and the like, your’e going to see many more follow. Who in their right mind would pay $250,000 for what passes as degree work?
of a disturbing trend that has been around since DEI became a thing.
When you declare allegiance to an ideology over knowledge and truth, you lose. It doesn’t matter if it’s a god or government, it always leads to a decline.
DEI is a religion and it has no proven benefits. Simply none. There are far better ways to accomplish the goals and to uplift people than lower standards and pit people against each other because of your own insecurities.
I say this as someone who spent their career mentoring hundreds of students from marginalized and underrepresented communities. Given opportunities, those who want it will take advantage. Given excuses, students will rise to mediocrity. The students that received advanced degrees and are tenured faculty elsewhere, work at national laboratories, etc deserve the lion share of the credit. But it was me that built that lab from blood sweat and tears, not some DEI turd who sits in their office all day dreaming up ‘training’ and informative slide decks. Faculty are the lifeblood of any university and anyone who thinks otherwise learns to their peril

All I'm telling you, is what you call useless is NOT useless to the left. It;s power and it's making them realize their goals. They're winning. You can debate the fact that DEI is a detriment (I agree with that), however they really have power, and they are wielding it and accomplishing THEIR goals. Opponents of DEI are not accomplishing anything. Well other than making great arguments against it (which result in nothing, no actions).
Increases in college tuition is more closely related to the effect of more wide spread availability of student loans than it is to DEI initiatives. If anything, DEI initiatives are a result of universities having more money because the availability of student loans allowed them to increase tuition, and the universities then used the excess money on administration rather than student programs. DEI initiatives just happen to be part of that added administration.
African Americans - African Americans - Slavery, Resistance, Abolition: Black slaves played a major, though unwilling and generally unrewarded, role in laying the economic foundations of the United States—especially in the So...
The arrival of the first captives to the Jamestown Colony, in 1619, is often seen as the beginning of slavery in America—but enslaved Africans arrived in North America as early as the 1500s.
This was the hardest movie I’ve ever made. Blood, Sweat & Tears… LITERALLY! Shoutout to @Apple who doubled (and tripled) down on their commitment to deliver...

Oh...I have embarrassed your little racist mind on numerous occasions.
Continue to prove to everyone why you are a racist POS, by lying on black people.
I scares you to death that you aren't superior to anyone. F'ing Loser.
You've done nothing. You think "racism" is a put down and some kind of owning. You're boring, unoriginal, you talk in safe narratives, and you act like you're fighting some "good-fight" for supposed oppressed people. You're probably white and hate your own parents.
Dumb F. You really think lying on black people is cool, right or justified in 2023 or any time ever? I will check lying dumb MF's like you on this forum or face to face.

Which is why morons like yourself are more likely to end up prison than anyone else on earth...

I missed the post where you declared that you are a white ethno-nationalist. It's back somewhere in this thread, right? Like, if I went back, I would see the post where you openly declare your belief in a white America for white people, and also where you admit your susceptibility to all sorts of nonsense conspiracy stories?
Look, the best thing for you to do would be to drop out of this thread and never contribute to it again. The blatant racism and obvious dull-headedness? It's not a good look.
